What is stress level and what does it need for?

The stress level is calculated by an electrocardiogram using a special formula developed by Russian scientist Roman Markovich Baevsky. There is calculated a coefficient that reflects the degree of tension of the systems that control the heart activity.
Stress usually refers to a set of non-specific adaptive (normal) reactions of the body to the impact of various adverse stress factors (physical or psychological) that disrupt its homeostasis, as well as the corresponding state of the nervous system of the body (or the body as a whole).
Stress strongly affects the body and especially the heart. If you know your stress level, you can avoid many health problems by taking measures in advance or by contacting a doctor.
